Shipping is currently only available to Australian residents.

All orders requiring shipping are sent via Australia Post, or are delivered directly by us (at our discretion); by default, all orders are set to "shipping".

Due to our rural location, courier services (outside of Wax & Lye Delivery) are unavailable.

Pick Up services are currently only available to our market locations and not our place of business; For more information, please CLICK HERE!

Shipping Fees & Important Information

A flat rate standard shipping fee of $15 is applicable for all orders under 5kgs.

If your total order value is larger than 5kg, you shall instead be charged a standard capped flat shipping flat rate of $30, as your order shall fall outside of Australia Post's fixed shipping fees, or may be shipped in multiple parcels.

Express shipping is available to all orders under 5kgs, at a flat rate of $20; Orders placed using this service shall automatically be given priority status at no extra charge.

Free Shipping at a standard rate is available on all orders over $200.

Tracking numbers shall always be given to our customers via the email address you checked out with, and your parcel shall always be reverse tracked by us to ensure it arrives safely to your door! Please check your spam/junk folders in case any relevant emails with tracking information get sent there by mistake.

Once a parcel has been marked "Shipped", it cannot be cancelled, altered or redirected in any way; Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of placing an order, as they might not be able to be changed afterwards! Delivery Fees & Important Information

Wax & Lye Home Delivery services are offered at our discretion and is only available for orders above $200 within a 40km radius of our place of business (The Branch, NSW, 2425). Orders under this minimum spend amount shall be shipped by default regardless of location.

As this service is offered at our discretion, any shipping fees payable at the time your order is placed shall instead be used to cover our vehicle running costs and time spent personally delivering your orders (eg, your $15 shipping fee is now a $15 delivery fee).

Customers located within our usual "mail run" area shall be offered the opportunity to waive all delivery fees and only require a minimum spend of $50 to access this service; this service is offered entirely at our discretion because we are not going out of our way to delivery any orders to those addresses if we're on the way to our local Post Office to ship out orders already.

Free Delivery is available to the aforementioned areas on all orders over $200 - Please note that sometimes your orders shall be shipped for free regardless of location as this is subject to our availability to personally deliver your order.

Items that are delivered by us without anyone there to collect in person shall have their order photograph taken in front of their residence and this images shall be sent to the customer via email or text with a short message included notifying the customer that delivery has taken place. If you know you will be away when a delivery is to take place, please give us instructions on where to leave your order - We will do our best to keep things safe while you're out but it is ultimately your responsibility to arrange a safe location in this instance.

Additional Information

If your order is intended as a gift to be sent directly from us to the recipient on your behalf, please let us know during checkout and a copy of your invoice will not be added into the order!

If you have any specific delivery instructions you wish to be taken into consideration, please mention these at the time of checkout so they can be added to your postage label and/or a note written down for our delivery service.

All items being shipped are packaged with extreme care using environmentally friendly packaging (wherever possible); this may or may not include recycled materials including bubblewrap and packaging peanuts that were used to send supplies directly to us.

All items bound for delivery shall be handed over in brown paper bags, or recycled cardboard boxes.

Any shrink wrapped used for products within your order is for hygenic and anti-tampering purposes; Please note that our shrink wrap also conforms with the new NSW Single Use Plastic Ban, as of June 1, 2022.
