How to Order a Bespoke Gift:

One of our most popular services is creating beautiful, thoughtful gifts for any occasion using our fantastic products and arranging them into wonderful gift boxes and hampers to suit your needs. All gift boxes are made to order once we have an understanding of what you wish to include and a budget to be respectful of, and have a quick turn around time. Other services you might not be aware about that we offer include professional gift wrapping, personalisation with vinyl labels, handwritten cards and notes, as well as the inclusion of other fantastic locally sourced products such as honey, preserves and fresh cut flowers; We are also happy to send or deliver your gifts directly where they need to go on your behalf (Please check our Shipping & Delivery Services for more information on these costs).

Placing a Custom Order:

The first and most important step (after checking our shop to ensure what you're looking for isn't already there!) is to reach out to us with your ideas! Be as detailed as possible on what you're hoping to have made, and whether or not it is for a special occasion (such as a wedding or for a birthday present etc) and any other considerations to be aware of (eg, vegan friendly, no bath products etc). The more information you can give us for your order, the better we can help suit your needs!

Once you're happy with our understanding of your request and are ready to proceed, you will first be issued with a no-obligation free quote via Square sent directly to your email address so you can review your order and make any necessary changes; this quote shall include all production fees, any relevant shipping or delivery fees and an expected timeline for your order to be finalised. Please note that all soap orders shall take a minimum of 2 months to be processed; this is due to the curing time of the soap and cannot be rushed so please consider this at the time of ordering if it is needed for a deadline or special occasion.

Work will begin on all orders immediately after the invoice is paid; 100% of the invoice is due before any work is commenced on custom orders. Once production starts, no refunds will be issued for change of mind. Refunds may be granted at our discretion, subject to specific circumstances and whether or not your order can be easily transferred to general sale for Wax & Lye (in most cases of customisation, this is not possible). Wedding-Related Items:

For all customised wedding-related items, we kindly request a minimum lead time of 4 months. If your custom order involves soap, please consider extending the lead time by an additional 2 months. This is to ensure products are of the absolute highest standard for your special day and to allow extra time for any unique requests to be completed or for any re-makes to be done.

Important Dates:

Please note that our Custom Orders service observes an annual cut-off date of October 1st, owing to the production of items for the upcoming festive season and increased markets towards the end of year. Orders placed by this date will be completed before the holiday rush. Services resume on February 1st of the subsequent year.

Bespoke Gifts are still available until December 14 using pre-existing stock, and resume January 14 when we return from our annual holidays. If you need to celebrate a special occasion during that month, please order in advance otherwise you might miss out!
