One of the hardest parts about selling "scent" based products online is that there's no way of smelling them in advance - That's where this "Review for Rewards" loyalty program has come into play! It relies heavily on past customers of Wax & Lye to give their honest feedback about a product in order to help future customers get a real sense of what it is their thinking of getting, and in return all existing customers who participate by leaving a review go into a draw each and every month to win $25 store credit - It's a win win situation for everyone involved, really!

There aren't many rules for this program as it all relies on honest feedback, but just so there's no confusion...

• All reviews given MUST be honest! What this means is you MUST have either purchased something in the past (whether online or via the markets) or been gifted something - Please don't go making things up and cheat the system!
• Reviews can be given from online purchases OR market day sales! All you need to do is create an account to get started.
• Please be honest with your reviews! Whether you loved something or hated it, all feedback is welcome and won't be withheld (unless it's abusive or irrelevant etc) as it is important for future customers to get the whole picture. There is no gatekeeping here!
• All reviews must be verified - You will need to set up a member account to do this (please see below for more info!)
• You can leave multiple reviews each and every month! If you want to leave one review a month to go into multiple draws, or leave 10 reviews in a single month to up your chances of winning then you're more than welcome to - there are no limits on frequencies or quantities of entries, which also means you can potentially win many months in a row!
• All valid reviews = 1 entry into the draw. This draw shall be done via an online random generator if there are enough reviews to warrant it, otherwise the only person to review shall automatically win the $25 store credit - this can and has happened in the past!
• Store credit can be used on any physical item in store and cannot be used towards gift cards or shipping / delivery fees.

The most important thing to remember is that you MUST set up a (free) member account on this website and activate it - If you can't work out how to do this, sign up anyway and we will send out an activation link to help get you started. Without your account being activated / verified, we won't be able to pass along any potential winnings!

Monthly reviews are valid from the first day of the month at midnight (AEST), until midnight of the last day of the month (AEST). The winners shall be announced via social media and our monthly newsletter on the first day of the consecutive month when the new round of the Review for Rewards program begins! Good luck!
