Konjac Sponges are a natural, biodegradable, sustainable, eco and vegan friendly product made from the fibrous root of the Konjac vegetable found in many subtropical and tropical regions, and are known to have many health benefits when used in your everyday skincare routine. Daily use of Konjac Sponges can help reduce the amount of acne causing bacteria found on the skin and help balance your PH levels which in turn assists in improving your skins appearance.

Each sponge variety has been infused with wonderful ingredients such as charcoal, clays and herbal powders to help serve a purpose based on your skin type, and are always unscented. They are a fantastic, simple addition to even the most basic of skincare routines and are suitable for all ages and can be fully composted when it's time for a replacement.

To use, simply soak the sponge in warm water; this will soften and expand the sponges fibres to allow for a gentle exfoliation and massage when it is time to apply to the skin. Konjac Sponges should be soft enough to use between 2-5 minutes after soaking; gently squeeze excess water from the sponge so it is wet but not dripping, and rub over your face. While these sponges work just fine on their own, you can also use them for make up removal as well with the addition of a small amount of your favourite cleanser. After use, rinse thoroughly with warm water, squeeze excess from sponge and allow to dry in a well ventilated area between uses. With proper use and care, your sponge shall be good for between 1-3 months (depending on frequency of use).

Bamboo Charcoal:  For oily and combination skin types. Helps to detoxify and control excess sebum, activated charcoal has antibacterial properties which can assist with controlling acne.
Rose Powder:  For delicate and mature skin. Gently exfoliates without drawing moisture from the skin. Rose Powder tones, detoxifies and adds vitality to the skin.
Green Tea:  For sensitive skin. Offers antioxidant benefits that help protect the skin from the effects of pollutants in the air (free radicals). Softens, improves elasticity, and helps slow the signs of ageing.
