Our Heat Packs are filled with Australian-grown lupins that naturally retain warmth longer than wheat, without sweating or producing moisture, making them a safer and more effective alternative for easing aches, cramps, or simply warming up on chilly days.

Product Details

Crafted with 100% cotton fabric and generously filled with Australian-grown lupins, each pack measures approximately 25cm x 14cm x 3.5cm. Fabric patterns may vary slightly, giving each piece its own unique charm.

Directions

Place directly on a clean microwave turntable and heat for 1 minute. Remove, gently shake to redistribute the lupins, then heat again in 1-minute intervals as needed—never exceeding a total of 3 minutes. Always test the temperature and shake well before use. Do not reheat until the pack has completely cooled. Wrap in a towel for sensitive skin or children if necessary.

Safety

Important: If you have a newer microwave without a turntable, reduce the heating time to 30-second intervals and shake well between sessions.
