General Information
WAX & LYE ships to Australia and New Zealand. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post or delivered locally directly by us (at our discretion).
Due to our rural location, third-party courier services (outside of WAX & LYE Home Delivery) are unavailable. Pick-up is only available at our market locations — not from our place of business, unless previously arranged prior to ordering.

Express shipping is not available for orders over 5kg.
Orders placed using Express automatically receive priority processing at no extra charge. Free standard shipping applies to orders of $150 or more with a total weight not exceeding 5kg — customers may still choose Express at the applicable rate.

Important — Biosecurity Restrictions!
Certain products cannot be shipped to New Zealand due to New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) biosecurity regulations. These include products containing natural botanicals, dried plant material, timber, jute, sisal, or animal-derived ingredients.
If your order contains a restricted item, it will be automatically cancelled and a full refund issued. Please review our full biosecurity policy in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy before ordering.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive it. We monitor all shipments to ensure safe delivery.
Once an order has been marked as Shipped, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or redirected. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.

WAX & LYE Home Delivery
Home delivery is offered at our discretion and is only available for orders over $75 within a 40km radius of The Branch, NSW 2425. Orders under this amount will be shipped via Australia Post by default.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are used to cover vehicle running costs and delivery time — your shipping fee becomes your delivery fee.
Customers within our regular mail run area may be offered the opportunity to waive delivery fees with a minimum spend of $25. This is offered entirely at our discretion.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, a photograph will be taken at your door and sent to you via email or SMS to confirm delivery. If you know you'll be away, please provide instructions for a safe drop location at the time of ordering.
Additional Information
- If your order is a gift being sent directly to a recipient, note this at checkout and we will omit the invoice from the parcel.
- Any specific delivery instructions should be added at checkout.
- All orders are packaged with care using environmentally friendly materials wherever possible, which may include recycled bubble wrap and packaging peanuts.
- Home delivery orders are handed over in brown paper bags or recycled cardboard boxes.
- Shrink wrap used on products is for hygiene and anti-tampering purposes and complies with the NSW Single Use Plastics Ban (effective 1 June 2022).
