At Wax & Lye, we take New Zealand biosecurity requirements seriously and have taken the time to include a International Shipping Notice on products across our range that we believe are likely to cause issues at New Zealand customs.

At this stage, we can only advise on items likely to cause issues, but we cannot prevent you from ordering them initially.

If you choose to place an order containing a product with a Shipping Warning indicating a potential biosecurity restriction, your order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification explaining the cancellation.

This process happens before your order is dispatched. If payment has already been processed, the relevant amount will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

You are welcome to reorder any products that are not subject to these restrictions.

All New Zealand orders include a tracking number sent to the email address used at checkout.

As outlined in our Refund Policy, WAX & LYE does not accept returns for New Zealand orders. All sales are final.
