If you purchase any Christmas item online, you will receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win one of 8 fantastic prizes in our little giveaway!

Each order will receive a free scratchy that either says "Winner" or "Try again!", with only one ticket issued per order (but if you want to place additional orders for extra chances to win, you can!) If you are a lucky winner, please get in touch ASAP so you can get into the prize draw!

A Quick Note From The Elves!

  • Some items are online exclusives and will not be taken to the markets. Please refer to individual listings for more details and for upcoming markets, please check: Upcoming Market Days!
  • While some restocks are available on various products, please be aware that NO restocks will be made of any of the Christmas soaps!
  • All product quantities are shared between online availability and the markets, so they can drop dramatically online without notice whenever there is a market taking place. For this reason, we advise you to place an order sooner rather than later to avoid missing out!
  • Additional packing times may apply in the lead-up to Christmas. Please be patient. If you haven't received a status update after 10 business days from the time of your order, please contact us.
  • Australia Post recommends getting your parcels sent early for the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery. Express Shipping is the recommended option on all orders placed between December 15 - 19. The final day of shipment will be December 19.
  • Wax & Lye will be closed for holidays from December 23 (with the final market being December 20, followed by two open days on the farm on December 21 & 22 from 9am - 7pm for all your last minute shopping needs!) and will reopen in the New Year. All orders placed during this time will be shipped at our discretion, or upon our return in 2026!
