• Some items are online exclusives and will not be taken to the markets. Please refer to individual listings for more details.
• While some restocks are available on various products, please be aware that NO restocks will be made of any of the Christmas soaps!
• All product quantities are shared between online availability and the markets, so they can drop dramatically online without notice whenever there is a market taking place. For this reason, we advise you to place an order sooner rather than later to avoid missing out!
• Additional packing times may apply in the lead-up to Christmas. Please be patient. If you haven't received a status update after 5 business days from the time of your order, please contact us.
• Australia Post recommends getting your parcels sent early for the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery. Standard Shipping cut-off is December 14. After this date, only Express Shipping will be available on ALL orders. The final day of shipment will be December 19.
• Wax & Lye will be closed for holidays from December 22 (with the final market being December 21) and will reopen in the New Year. All orders placed during this time will be shipped at our discretion, or upon our return in 2026!
