Currently, wholesale access is only granted to people with a current ABN and either a bricks and mortar store and/or a current website.

To view wholesale pricing and place orders, you must first create a customer account and contact us via email with your business details, including website and ABN, to request wholesale access. All wholesale accounts are subject to approval. Once activated, you will be able to order directly through our website.

Please note: Your first wholesale order must be placed within 14 days of approval to maintain wholesale status.

All wholesale orders must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum order value: $300 AUD per order (excluding shipping).
• Orders that do not meet this minimum will not be processed.
• No discounts (including promotional codes or offers) can be applied to wholesale orders.

All wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved wholesale customers and is visible only after login. Prices are in AUD and subject to change without notice. We do not offer credit terms or bulk discounts beyond the listed wholesale rate.

Some items are not available for wholesale. This includes:

• Made-to-order items
• Limited editions
• Seasonal collections - These items may be available for special order in batch sizes upon request. Special orders may be subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs), extended lead times (e.g., curing time for soaps) and/ or full-batch purchase requirements

Unless otherwise stated (as per special orders), no minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to standard wholesale products.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and charged in addition to the order total. All orders are shipped via Australia Post within Australia only, or will be delivered at our discretion if local. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the volume of your order.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order via our website. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered through our online checkout.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days. During peak periods or for special orders, additional time may be required. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist promptly.

Wax & Lye products may be sold through your approved retail location or online store. Repackaging or rebranding of our products is not permitted. You must clearly credit Wax & Lye as the manufacturer on any listings or marketing materials.

Wholesale orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted, as each order is made to order. Please double-check your cart before proceeding to checkout.
