🛒 How to Order for Market Pick Up

1. Place your order online as usual.
2. At checkout, leave a note with the name of the market you’d like to collect from (e.g. “Pick up at Maitland Market”).
3. Pay in full at the time of ordering.
   Please note: we can’t hold stock or reserve items without full payment — verbal or written “holds” will not be accepted.
   
   

⏰ Order Cut-Off Times

To make sure your order is packed and ready:

• Place your order by 6pm the day before the market you’re attending.
• Orders placed after this cut-off won’t be ready for collection and will be processed for standard shipping or local delivery on the next business day.

🚫 Missed the Cut-Off or Sold Out?

If you place an order during a market (or after we’ve packed), we can’t guarantee that the item will still be available, especially if it’s a fast seller.

In these cases:

• Out-of-stock items will be credited to your customer account for future use.
• For more info, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy.
  
  

💳 What if I’m Charged for Shipping?

No worries! If you’re charged a shipping or delivery fee during checkout:

• It will be credited back to your customer account once your order is collected.
• If you don’t collect your order on the day and haven’t made other arrangements, we’ll use that fee to cover standard shipping or delivery.

❗ In Case of Market Cancellation

If a market is cancelled or we’re unexpectedly unable to attend:

• We’ll get in touch with you directly.
• Your order will then be processed and shipped/delivered on the next business day.
