If you're in a hurry, passing through, or you simply prefer to order online but still want to be able to collect everything from an upcoming market to avoid paying shipping or delivery costs, please read the following first!

1. All orders MUST be placed online via the website and paid for in full to be eligible for market day pick up - verbal or written requests  to "hold" items pending future payment in person, shall be ignored.
2. To order online for market day pick up, order using the website as per usual but leave a comment stating you wish to collect from "X MARKET" so that your order can be packed and ready to go ahead of time!
3. Please order online before 6pm of the day before any market listed at the absolute latest! Any orders placed after this timeframe will simply be unvailable to be processed in time due to everything being packed and loaded into the car ready for the following day. If this happens, your order shall be processed as normal (eg, shipped or delivered) on the next business day.
4. If you do place an order online during a market timeframe, you run the risk of that item having been sold in person! If you do unfortunately run into this problem and we are out of stock, the amount of the item that has already been sold shall be credited to your customer account on the website so it's there and ready for the next time you shop (Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for more information).
5. If you place an order online and it falls below the $200 mark (eg, qualifying for free shipping/delivery) and you have been charged a fee during checkout, that amount shall be credited back to your customer account after your order has been collected; failure to collect on a market day when it was pre-arranged will result in this amount being used for shipping or delivery fees as per normal.
6. If an order was destined for pick up from a market and that market has been cancelled by the organisers, or we are no longer able to attend, you shall be contacted and your order shall be processed as per usual on the next business day.
