Where is Wax & Lye located?

Wax & Lye is based on a working cattle farm in the Mid-Coast region of NSW (north of Newcastle); All our products are created in a purpose built workshop.

Where can I shop in person?

You are welcome to visit us at any of our upcoming market days (please follow our Facebook page for more information!); Currently, we are not allowing shopping in person at our workshop, sorry for any inconvenience caused!

What payment methods do you accept?

• Paypal Pay in 4 (Minimum spend of $30 is required to use this payment method.)
• Afterpay (Minimum spend of $150 is required to use this payment method. Afterpay is unavailable for wholesale accounts.)

I used the wrong address during checkout, can it be changed?

If you think you've entered in the wrong shipping details during checkout, please contact us IMMEDIATELY!
If you have ordered from us previously and we notice your details are different than what was used previously, we will contact you to check before sending anything out. For more information about mailing address errors, please read the shipping T&C's before confirming your order.

I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

Sorry, we don't offer returns or refunds on items if you've had a change of mind after purchasing.

What ingredients do you use in your products?

Please check each item listing for a full list of all ingredients by their INCI and common names; this information can also be found on all our product packaging at all times. A comprehensive list about all the ingredients used across our products for educational purposes only can be found HERE.

What is "Biodegradable Glitter"and how does it work?

Biodegradable glitter is an amazing product that is able to break down in just 2-3 months when it comes into contact with micro-organisms found within water and/or soil. It is made from natural materials like eucalyptus, starch and wood pulp which enables it to decompose in the right environments. For this reason, we only use biodegradable glitter in our products.

Are your products Vegan Friendly & Cruelty Free?

Unless stated otherwise, all of our products are considered vegan friendly; Please check individual item listings for more information about the ingredients used in all products. We have NEVER tested our products on animals and have no intentions of ever doing so.

Do you run workshops / have tutorials available?

There are no current plans for either workshops or tutorials as our insurance policies don't cover them - and the additional costs involved to provide this service would make them completely unaffordable anyway! Instead, we have started our own YouTube channel so you can see how all your beautiful products are made behind the scenes!

Do you offer wholesale and/or consignment?

Thanks for your interest in our products! We absolutely do offer wholesale to valid ABN holders - Please send an email with a bit about your business and what products you're interested in to wholesale@waxlye.com.au for more information and to see our catalogue.

We do not offer consignment for our products.

Can I apply for a job?

Thanks for your interest but we're currently not hiring additional staff.
