Our heat packs are made with 100% cotton fabrics and filled with Australian lupins which do not sweat (lowering the chance of smouldering/igniting if over cooked) and hold onto heat approximately 30% longer than traditional wheat packs! Each Heat Pack size is 25cm x 14cm x 3.5cm; Fabric pattern placements may vary slightly from what is shown in picture.

To use: Place heat pack directly onto the turning plate of a standard microwave (ensuring it's clean beforehand!) and set for 1 minute. Remove bag and gently squeeze to move lupins around before replacing for a further minute and repeat the process. Times may vary depending on your microwave so after this 2 minute mark it's recommended you heat for a maximum of 30 seconds at a time, not exceeding a total heat time of 3 minutes. Always squeeze the bag to manipulate the lupins and disperse heat before using; apply bag where it is needed taking care not to overheat skin. You may wish to wrap your heat bag in a hand towel if it feels too hot (particularly useful for kids or people with sensitive skin). Allow bag to completely cool before reheating to avoid lupins overheating and to avoid burns.
