A Small Update on Our Candle Glassware...

You might have noticed this month’s newsletter teased that a rose by any other name would still smell just as sweet… well, the same goes for your candles.

You may notice something a little different with your next candle order.

Due to ongoing supply challenges, I’m currently running low on the white glassware that’s typically used across the Wax & Lye candle range. Rather than bringing in new stock straight away, I’ve made the decision to use up existing amber jars that were set aside during earlier supply shortages.

This means that, for a little while, your order may include a mix of both white and amber glass.

While it may look slightly different, everything inside remains exactly the same — the same small-batch pours, the same carefully tested fragrances, and the same attention to detail.

This shift is simply a practical one. It allows me to make use of what’s already here, reduce unnecessary spending, and avoid bringing in additional stock before it’s truly needed which in turn helps keep prices down for you as well.

It’s a small change, but one that supports a slower, more considered way of running things — both in the workshop and beyond.
